So let's face it, these shirt are not cheap but I've seen jerseys in sports stores go for a lot more and very fine formal wear shirts are also more expensive but none of them can compare to the comfort and wear-ability to the Buttercloth shirts I purchased. I will admit, I did hesitate to purchase the two shirts I bought, even when they were on sale BUT once I received the shirts and wore them, I understood I had made a wise investment. I'm not really sure what drives the cost of the shirts up, the material or the assembly process because of the uniqueness of the material but if costs ever came down, I could see replacing every shirt in my closet with the Buttercloth brand. I would LOVE to wear a tank top shirt made out of that material. I will definitely keep me eye on this company and if they ever reduce their shirt costs to a more affordable level, I will replace my WHOLE closet with the Buttercloth brand.
