We are not liable for lost, held, mis-delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. It's important to have an accurate and reliable email address so we can send order confirmations to confirm the purchase, and for you to review its full details.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, if you believe the package is completely lost after tracking, please contact the Postal carrier and let us know what has been stated by the carrier. You can go online and file a claim directly using the tracking #.
It usually takes up to 21 days for the carrier to trace/investigate lost packages, and we advise customers to wait another 10 days after filing the claim. If the carrier found the package, we will try our very best to process it and ship it out, but it will require you to pay for the shipping charge on the second round of re-delivery.
