*Regular (Non-Expedited) - allow 1-2 business days for processing, this will not factor in the transit time of 5-8 business days. (Weekend doesn't count as a business day) 

*Expedited: Overnight, 2-Day & USPS Priority Mail - Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon (Eastern Time), we always try our best to process the same day, but normally it will process the next business day after cut off time. 

*Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) and on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • FREE on orders over $95 (or $7.95 on smaller orders): Ground (5-8 business days) - weekend does not qualify as business days. (Additional 1-2 business days processing orders) 
  • 2-3 Business Day Priority Mail by USPS -  $6.95 or orders over $95 (or $13.95 or smaller orders)                     
  • FedEx 1-Day: typically by 10:30 am (1 business day transit) 
  • FedEx 2-Day: typically end of day (2 business days transit)                  

*Orders for $300 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

    We are not liable for lost, held, misdelivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. It's important to have an accurate and reliable email address so we can send order confirmations to confirm the purchase, and for you to review its full details.


    We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, if you believe the package is completely lost after tracking, please contact the Postal carrier and let us know what has been stated by the carrier. You can go online and file a claim directly using the tracking #.

    It usually takes up to 21 days for the carrier to trace/investigate lost packages, and we advise customers to wait another 10 days after filing the claim. If the carrier found the package, we will try our very best to process it and ship it out, but it will require you to pay for the shipping charge on the second round of re-delivery.
