Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.


  • Dry clean: no shrinkage
  • Delicate machine wash, inside out. Use cold gentle cycle and wash with like colors.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Hang to dry to avoid shrinkage.

Fit:  Our shirts run a bit smaller than some big brands. If you are on the broader or between sizes, please order one size up.  Use the sizing chart as a guide, and please contact us with any questions.

U.S. Orders Return:

Butter Cloth accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise (with all packaging components) within 30 days of the delivery date. Please keep in mind all clearance items and exchanges are final. No refunds will be issued on clearance items or exchanges. Any applicable refunds will be applied to original form of payment. Please contact Butter Cloth via info. below. We will issue USPS Prepaid Label for you to send shirt (s) back when all conditions above are met.

 *For Return/Exchange Procedures within U.S: 

1. Email: info@buttercloth.com

2. We would need the Invoice # (usually located in the order confirmation email and or your top right-hand corner of the receipt

3. We will issue prepaid label to send shirt (s) back for refund/exchange

4. If it's an exchange, we will ship out the new requested exchange shirt when we receive the return merchandise. 

*Please note we can only reserve the exchange shirt (s) for 14 days and after this time frame passes, shirt (s) will automatically be put back in stock.                       

*Note:  If exchange doesn't work out, client is required to cover shipping cost to send shirt back to us for refund. 



By selling exclusively online, we save our customers a huge amount of money. You can compare the quality of our shirts to those you’d find in the big department stores, but at more than half the price.
